Documents are represented in language of the state - the investor, issued by press{seals} in the original (by fax it is not supposed), with translation {transfer} into Turkmen and Russian languages. The text of translation {transfer} is assured by the organization translating.

Representations and Branches of the foreign companies (firms) are registered{recorded} (receive accreditation) for the period of 2 years, with the right of the subsequent prolongation of term of accreditation.

1.    The Application {Statement} for creation of representation (branch) in territory of Turkmenistan, in language of the investor (the signature of founders and a press {seal} of the company);

2.    The Decision on creation of representation (branch) in language of the investor (the signature of founders and a press {seal} of the company), containing following obligatory items {points}: Registration of representation on territories of Turkmenistan, the Statement of position of branch (representation), Purpose {Assignment; Destination} of director (a surname, a name and a patronymic, nameplate data);

3.    The Personal leaf of the head of representation (branch) in Turkmenistan (a photo and the signature in the original);

4.    The Copy of the passport of the head (a copy of the passport of foreign citizens with the translation {transfer} certified by translational firm);

5.    The Power of attorney on the head of representation (branch) in Turkmenistan (in language of the investor, notarially certified, with the instruction{indication} of date of delivery, validity, nameplate data, powers of director);

6.    Regulations about created representation (branch), in duplicate on Turkmen and Russian language (on the title page the signature of founders and a press{seal} of the company);

7.    The Extract from the document on official registration of the foreign investor, given out by registration body of the country of the investor - in the original. The extract should be legalized by consular establishment of Turkmenistan abroad, or the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan (the CIS countries - give the document in the original - without legalization);

8.    The Copy of the Charter of the foreign enterprise - the investor, legalized by consular establishment of Turkmenistan abroad, or the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan (the CIS countries - give the document notarially certified by the country of the investor - without legalization);

9.    The Document on the financial status of the foreign investor (the Letter from Bank) - in the original, legalized by consular establishment of Turkmenistan abroad, or the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan (the CIS countries - give the document in the original - without legalization);

     10.  Written acknowledgement {confirmation} on presence of the legal address - the     contract of rent or the contract of intention (+ a copy of an extract from the Uniform State Register of Legal Persons {Faces} and the charter lessor (delivering to lease (rent)) ;

11.             The power of attorney on the person {face}, engaged registration procedures notarially certified (+ a copy of the passport).

The note: kinds of activity are stated according to the State qualifier of economic kinds of activity of Turkmenistan - the information {inquiry} from Statistics.

For registration of Representation or branch, also are necessary - the brochure and the catalogue confirming an operational experience.

Are still necessary:

·     The Information {Inquiry} mayoralties, confirming the legal address;

·     The Document on payment of an admission fee.

Cost of registration $3000. Other kinds of payment under the exposed accounts {invoices} are carried out in US dollars or national currency of Turkmenistan.
